No work from home. 50% pay cuts since May. Employees are terminated at an hour's notice. Pay which you get in hand will not even be 50% of what is mentioned in your CTC. Business plans change every two weeks and people are shuffled from one department to another. One day you will be in ops, the other day you are in sales. Employee and customer attrition are built into their business model and therefore they promise high retention bonuses which will never materialize....Read More
