OPaL company is very good but it's Management is not so good.

ONGC Top Management has to take a Administrative charge of OPaL immediately otherwise existing OPaL Management will be down the image of OPaL upto bottom level. All the OPaL Top Management members/ respective HODs are not enough knowledgeable & capable as well. Even very poor in decision making. They are never ever think in interest of the company. Employees are not ready to take responsibility & accountability for their own job also. Due to poor management of their own HODs. Most of HR & Admin Employees are using company assets for their personal usages. PMS is not transperant process. Good performers are not staying in company more than 2years. There is no career growth for employee. No HR engagement activity at all. Few employees ( Including HR, Admin, MM & in various Plants) are more corrupted but management is not taking any action against them.
