Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. It's a good place to enhance technical skill. Co- workers are so supportive & understanding. Interdepartment relations of employees are very nice & i like co-operation among them. Travelling & canteen facilities are quite good.
