Likes

Employee re-hire policy is very easy. Anybody who have left job with any reason can re-join this company.

Dislikes

Here no body appreciates your good work. Every often Managers have to work in straight shifts for 12 or more hours without any compensation or benefits. But if we work less than our shift timings then our pay is deducted by half day. Also there is no on-job training for freshers.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
