Likes

The company is good to work for and the work environment is very nice. This company is great place to work certified, nice work culture and ambience. There are time to time awards and recognitions.

Dislikes

Limited growth and learning opportunities, less hikes and benefits.

Work Details

Sometimes it can be boring but overall it is good. Good to gain knowledge of banking industry however it is limited.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
