One origin is really open to innovation and we have a great opendoor policy, You can schedule a call with CEO if you want to, To discuss the anything. The hackathons are great source of knowlede. Groth here is exponential with right attitude we can do wonders. Here we are made to own anything we work on and thinking out of the of the box is very essential here to grow.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Company has grown to be very much selfish. All I see is only family/friends getting benifits out of the management. Because management/mangers are part of family. Not employee friendly. Respects all cultures and good employee engagement activities. Office is clean and Air Conditionined. We have Coffee/Tea in pantry. Late workers can access food from vending machine.

Dislikes

Lack of training modules and Work starts before training. Late night and weekend works with no extra pay. Delayed reimbursement of salary. Hackathon conducted is pointless and chaotic.
