About my work, it's challenging job, as I'm working as project engineer + design Engineer, ihave responsibilities of offers with Excel, GA with Electrical AutoCAD, drawings with Eplan, procurement with ERP. interaction with customers to execute the panels

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
