Likes

Good culture and environment. Good exposure, team mates are supportive and management is transparent. It's a budding company launching new fitness related platforms regularly and hence is a great learning place.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a bit difficult. Roles & Responsibilities changes completely rather than adding up to your existing role and area of interest and education. Competitive fixed compensation but with no extra benefits.

Work Details

Job culture is quite interesting. There is not much training and so had to learn everything on the job. Supportive young team. Had opportunity to undertake different roles and so had great exposure in different areas relating to E-commerce.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
