The only positive aspects are the office snacks and the ambience. Apart from that, the only person to appreciate are the guys from pantry, they are quite humble. Additionally, the giant televisions and the large building are notable but that is all.

You will not gain any valuable learning experience at this place, as they assume you already know everything. The level of micromanagement in this company is at its worst. Every day you have to report what you did, and you plan to do next and greet everyone with a fake smile. However, they will humiliate you if you fail to complete your tasks. The product manager lacks knowledge and pretends to be an expert in all technical aspects. The CEO is extremely toxic and frequently mistreats employees. In one-on-one session, he lashes out at everyone, creating a fearful work environment. There is absolutely no work-life balance. I was once asked to arrive at 9 in the morning, and I worked until 11 at night. However, when I was just 30 minutes late the next day, a senior female figure in the company immediately questioned me and warned me never to be late again. The Experience here is truly disappointing. You will not learn anything valuable beyond basic, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The use of .Net exists only in name. Employee friendly timings which in worst case only extends to 9:30AM-5AM...can experience quality slavery, micromanagement & exploitation. Would even get opportunities to work on Sundays, national holidays. Even with no user base, every thing needs to be done in a day (founder's perception). Take participation in useless morning huddles / standup, just to fake smile at HR head. Equal treatment by Founder, HR head - no matter you are tech head, lead engineer or intern...everyone is slave for both of them Organization so stable for employees that they only hire for 12 months a year. Unique organization where HR head is able to take product, technical & development updates (that too without any knowledge). HR head, founder, Product Managers, work life balance, ethics. Only highly sycophantics can survive there. Traumatic and hazardous, Mentally exhaustive, extreme working hours. Hire fire as per wish. Interns are most exploited due to lack of experience & professional skills. No proper planning... your work tomorrow may even depend onwhat founder dreamt in sleep which you must implement before his next sleep cycle. Must join to ruin your career....Read More
