It doesn't work like a corporate company. It's like one local silver shop, and with some stupid supervisors. If the supervisor doesn't like you, you'll be blackmailed, turned out as an outcast, finally give you the mental pressure to leave the company. If you manage above all, they'll still take you out for not doing work by fabricating it. It doesn't have a proper work culture, no job security for the people who work there and their GM, I really have no idea how this guy came up to such position.
