Product is good but if you have a plan to join (in their Construction Division namely D R Steel Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd), think twice. During selection they give you commitment that they will provide you leave and other facilities. But they will never keep their commitment after joining. Salary disbursement after 13 days from the end of month. No work no pay. No leave there. They don't pay employees salary if you resign after the end of month and they feel proud for it....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
