My team is very supportive and we all work hard to achieve our targets, but there are not enough resources to use for getting better outcome. Now-a-days job security has become a big question mark over here and it is highly impossible to reach the targets whcih were set by our CEO. There is no proper career which helps for our growth. Salaries have become a big issue and dont know exactly when the salary will be credited. Credting incentives has stopped so many months back. Apart from CEO rest of the employees are good and politics were played by only CEO. Work environment is good and infrastructure is well organised in the company....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
