Likes

The working environment is really good. There's no scope for politics, it's purely based on your performance. There is scope for you to learn everyday. They do provide good salary/ compensation and benefits including allowances. Appraisals are done in/on time.

Dislikes

It's a bit of distributed work environment hence no micro management. You have to be assertive and productive. There are no dislikes or negative I have faced yet.

I'm working as a Technical Recruiter.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
