I'll never suggest anyone for Omega, because it's lifetime bad experience for me. Today, they told me to drop papers for resignation only because I'm not in their cut off assessments. Before they said cut Mark's 90 when only 4 people were in their list, so that thereafter they decided to reduce the cut off to 85 and they don't standon their words and I got 84.21 even though they don't consider for overall performance. They have not provided good training even after intimation to them, their response was not satisfactory and moreover they never behaved properly with us, their attitude was not at all good, I recommend you to go somewhere else atleast don't try here....Read More

It was very nice experience, i wark in omega last 2 year.. It was WFH for me so, i managed my work life balance , and family very well. Overall excellent, only have to do increase Target regularly. Otherwise nice.
