Colleagues are from various cultural backgrouds work happily with collaboration.Also like the emplyee referall bonus 10/5 k per employee after refered emplyee joined.

Dislikes

Senior people have to guide the freshers which is pain every time.Still its a competative world had to take it.

Omega is a developing Healthcare organisation and great place to work. I am thankful to my company, because it has given good teammates and many clients to handle and I have learnt a lot of things from there. According to me changes are necessary for everyone to enhance our skills, knowledge, personal growth and financial growth.

Dislikes

Omega is a developing organisation in terms of branches and clients but there is no employee benefits and good appraisals even employees are doing so much of hard work.

Work Details

Reaching daily targets as a Quality Control Analyst, giving training to freshers and senior associates, review of Client issues and educate associates by giving feedback.
