Worst treatment of employees, Politics is evident, Salary is very bad for people who and stay and perform, Worst appraisal and the. Company is still sticking with old package money, no compansation for weekend work(which are forced to do)

Work life is cool, but middle management like team lead and managers act like owners and treat like slaves(not all but many) If you extend your job timing by not doing work at shift timing - the employee is treated as best employee

I like to be in omega due to job security, travel.

Dislikes

As a process coach we are working with operation but reporting to training team. So our reporting not taking accountability if we are in struggle and we are not getting sufficient support from them. My suggestion is changing reporting to operation is better.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
