Very worst environment and money minded people.For educated peoples are treated as unrespected way.top management is very very very poor.No safety first and all machunes are not properly maintained.Very dangerous company.

There is nothing much to like except for the fact that if you looking for sarkari type(if you know what I mean) company then you might like. You will be assigned a task and they will often forget to take follow-up or ask for a report of completion

There is no role or responsibility defined and you can be asked to work on any project based upon top management decisions. Management lacks decision-making skills and its mostly filled with people waiting for their retirement. Thats the very reason, they have shut down most of their plants and key businesses and only working based on tenders of Indian Railways.
