Likes

Management( especially CMD) has good objectives and vision for the growth of company. They provide essential training to their employee to enhance skill.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No benefits provided at Lucknow division like transport, health insurance, education sponsorship. Totally depend on TATA motors, if schedule goes down then they may fire you out. So no job security.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
