I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I do not handle any site management properly in this company,and do dirty politics,and give more facilities to there staff. And the company doesn't get yearly live tickets. Insurance plan of this company is also not correct.
