Compensatio is very nivebut grouth is low.MY working hour also 10-12 hrs .so i not care my femily also.work load also high but selery not enouph.Duty also night shift noy shoot me. there are no on ob traing or fresher , so all load in me.iam gade all junier hem stp by step, which is a pain somtimes.
