The best thing about this school is that they focus on overall development of not only students but also their employees. There are very few schools doing that. So really appreciate the working methodologies of the school management.

You learn how to cheat on people who trust school as a resource for educating their children

You never have one role or fixed timings, the timing for coming is fixed, but leaving is never, they call you for 2 hours meeting exactly when you have your bags in your hand and are approaching outside, they abuse you verbally and there were instances when the managing trustee flirts with you saying this saree suits you. ="background-color: #fff5e4;"> They have uniform system of saree and you have to come in that even when there are no children in the school, so the management can see you in saree and compliment you</mark>. They credit nearly 40% more salaries in your account and debit cash from your account with cheque, submitting cheque-book is a pre-requisite for every employee. They ask you to ask for fees from parents even during covid, when they were not even teaching for 5 hours a day. They deduct chunks from your salary for every mistake you make, but never pay on time. The management just wants to make money, by any way they don't care. They charge fees also for students who are admitted under RTE category. The director has no manner to talk to you and abuses you in front of anyone, and starts shouting for no reason....Read More

Very good education... I am very satisfied with the school and his management. All staff is very cooperative and kind hearted. I really loved the environment and decorem of the school.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
