Comany is good in matters of on time salary payment,but hr policy is not good in many aspects. No fixed work as per designation,you are PM,Engg,Supwrvisor,Billing engg and many more thing at same time. Salary incriment is also not uniform, some year you may get incriment and some yer no incriment.
