Free mind working and multitasking. Saturday off

Dislikes

There was extreme work load, team size was 7-8 people with 2 people in projects only. Salary is done after bills are approved by client. Too much pressure to get bills cleared

Employer’s Response

The statements are self-contradictory. freemind working and multi tasking yet it becomes too much work load? Working Monday to Friday still it's called strict? Where does the money comes from for any company, if bills aren't cleared?

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
