I have given my 28 years to Olayan and .I was very happy and proud to work with the group of Olayan it was my pride indeed.
Dislikes
I have no grudge with Olayan group but was not satisfied with the management of Toshiba group . I would not like to state that Manager was not good but he is nOt capable of this post as an injustice was done by me after working loyal for 25 years in the same company honestly and finally was being terminated by my magnager with out giving any reason
He runied my career i am with my family and since 3 year i am jobless still 2019 i was been terminated with no reason it was very disheartening . Such managers are not capable to sit on serach post

staff on floor which is best staff work with forever , company policy needs to reviews back to didn't lost people
special the HR department because there is gap between HR department and staff on floor "NO FAIRNESS" which will lead with big drop in system in future
Dislikes
Staffing treatment from head office _ HR policy needs to be reviews again to be fair enough to didn't lost the good staff _ Review the exit interview with HR again to knows why the people left the company _ evaluate the staff with right method not based on mode _ The company loosing much because the Staff t.over is so high which is cost the company a lot of money _ Right investment on the staff by giving them right training and cost the company much but by default the wrong person can let those people losing the company loyalty
