Everything bull shit here, there is one guy his name is Manjunath Oovappa, he is targetting everyday on me. He using rash, brutal & f*** words, he took more than 2 or 3meetings everyday in online and discussing sales everyday. If one day we go with zero sale he said go out of the Company and put the resign else will send the termination letter. The HR mentioned in appointment letter 48hrs per week but in sales field 11 to 12 hrs per day. As a EC Manager we have to lift the Store shutter and by EOD we should close it. Opening hours 9/9.30am to 8.30 or above (10pm). Totally I missing health and life....Read More
