Worst part is that there no job security , any employee with any grade (low or high) will lose your job anytime due to cost cutting which will happen all of a sudden. No appraisal and no variable. Only join if you are searching for a job with no job in hand.

Worst culture ever. Extreme stress and pressure from the top to complete the tasks within a premature deadline. Thankfully the worst CTO level executive has quit. He was downright abusive and filthy in his language to his colleagues and subordinates. Lack of clarity even to leaders. All decisions taken by Founder. The way it was run when it was a startup is still continuing. Leaders seem to be powerless as a NO from founder is never challenged and seems like there is a fear lurking among subordinates to say no even if they know they are right
