There is nothing to like in the company

the worst place to work. The mangement is pathetic, they are not at all supportive. The VP comes from Byju's who put pressure everywhere. He strategise to fool the customers and not provide any service to the customer. He strategise to sell all the bad scooters telling lies to the customers. I hate working here, I get a very good salary but soon I will get divorced because there is no work-life balance</mark>...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
