1. You'll learn to work under tremdous pressure 2. You'll be having all authority to get your task delivered. You can even sue a director level person of the company to get your task done. 3. If you can take on with tremendous pressure no work life balance no leaves then within 2-3 years you'll be at double the salary and designation from your DOJ

1. No work life balance 2. No leaves not even sick leave, diwali holi all festival days you'll be working.(I was even working on the day my son was born) 3. You won't be able to find other job cuz you'll be getting paid higher than the industry standards for your designation ( and you'll be stuck you can't resign and also you can't accept to go to a lower paying designation)

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
