Actually, I like the skills I’ve developed, and the salary is good, but there are no promotions or appraisals available here. Additionally, my reporting manager has not recommended me for better position.

Whenever the production is there they pick the manpower. Whether there no production in company they terminate the contract employees in company. Some working place are weight to handle

Lack of clarity even to leaders. All decisions taken by Founder. The way it was run when it was a startup is still continuing. Leaders seem to be powerless as a NO from founder is never challenged and seems like there is a fear lurking among subordinates to say no even if they know they are right

Very dissatisfied with the working Coulter, we working overtime without any extra payment, we buy tools from our salary, company doesn't provide any tools
