12-14hr work , weekly off not consider compulsory weekoff , 30 day working , no any emergency off allowed. Lower level politics, no respect women ,no culture.

My work at okay fern precision casting is handling manpower. Working on process related documents like skill matrix of shop floor person, training plan of shop floor person, quality objectives . Also visual inspection of produced patterns.

The company is innovative and ready to adopt latest technology. High quality product with competitive rates. I got travel all over India big cities through company. I like at every stage 2nd line is ready to work in the absence of any one.

Sometimes work pressure is very high.I have to attend customer calls at any time in24 hrs.
