In the name of teammates you get partiality between Telgu and Non Telgu people. There is nothing called job security, they can fire you at any time. There is very less chance of career growth, it all depend on your luck. The worst part is about salary/appraisal, here you don't know when they will reduce your salary by making some new salary policies. You may travel at any part of India, as they mainly focused on sending resources to different different companies. There is a dictator theory which is lead by CEO of the company. You will see that people having Good designation but just for name sake every decision is taken care by him only. Work environment you will get like a school. There is nothing called innovation.
