Oil India Ltd gives a great opportunity to learn and develope yourself specially for freshers, If you're interested. Training period was Excellent,Of course its a great chance for career growth. Stipend was good, you get a better or motivated environment for work.

Dislikes

As a trainee there's nothing to say something about what i don't like, personally i would like to say about the Office start time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
