1. No consistency in policies - ongc penalises 3 months extra amount in addition to 3 months notice period salary if you don't serve the notice. 2. No learning - For civil engineering if you are in building maintenance. No training is given and training is considered waste of time 3. Typical government culture - To leave the office only after boss has left. Boss is always right

Just inconsiderate people to deal at the top & delayed settlement of dues though being rightly urs.

Work was hectic&quite mechanical. Being the head of the team it's your prerogative to get things done with little recognition. Some times it was a 24 hr grind with little or no compensation, also at odd hrs. But then that is what is life at field
