In this Organisation people are working with each other support and if there is any new person hired they are very polite to the new member of this organisation if any issue related to your work senior are too cooperative to complete their work on time.

Nothing is dislike about ONGC its a very big organisation people are enjoying their professional and personal time

I haved joined as an apprentice Assistant HR Training and i was working in Estate Section so there is many work i know how the quarters will distributed as an seniors criteria

As it is govt backed organization, employees feels free to rest and debates on small issues . Nobody wants to work but needs appraisal, bonus and perks every year . They taught us nothing during our apprenticeship but only made us do their work, and busy on non- business calls all day by themselves.

People have started resigning in hordes maybe for some reasons!

9.30am to 7pm and beyond work timings in weekdays and on Saturdays from 10am made to be present 2pm that too with postings at remote locations where transfer requests on own interest also not entertained for minimum 5 years. Ridiculous culture with blame shifting and if any junior as Incharge then put as scapegoat for poor preparedness of entire section!

Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
