Dislikes

The pay. My advice would be to negotiate hard before joining the company because post that one can expect 10-15% appraisals depending on performance.

Some teams are toxic. Don’t work for this CD called Mihir Chanchani. He has harassed quite a few people. He’s a control freak. Very bad attitude. Will steal ideas. Will Not let you present ideas even if you’re 5 minutes late. He forces people to follow his own timings. Zenobia ECD never comes to office. Has no interest in work. Encourages toxicity. Lots of politics, bad management, zero work life balance, bad appraisals. Not worth working for mid level employees. Concentration on only top management. No value for lower and mid level employees.

Dislikes

Ogilvy being the leader in its industrial domain has not been an excellent pay master, its considered more as a launch pad for a fresher who would master the art of work and would command very high pay using ogilvy tag.
