Is is not particularly special; the main advantage is that you can take leave without affecting or impacting your professional commitments . 👍It’s does not make any difference

Dislikes

Higher authorities impose excessive work pressure; even when there’s is no actual work, You are still required to put in a minimum 12 hours. There doesn’t seem to be any HR policy in place.
