No job securtiy, no personal life, managers are very aggrogant. If you are going to join in finance then it will be going to your biggest mistake in life. If you see the hiring is open 12 months because firing is there in the company 12 months. HR will not tell you the same in the interview. Please do not join here. Finance is a army of donkeys they do not know how to do work. HR is running on finance because finance give them work to recruit the people and then managers terminate them after 6 months, after that HR again start hiring. Don't know why HR is doing this Its a scam going on in the company between HR and Finance. Assistant general managers are really goons their. AGMs are blaming juniors for non completion of work. CFO is in influence of AGM cannot fire them. Girls are forced to be seating late so that they can entertain their managers. Not having experience of m&a. If you join here you will be forced to be resign after 10 months for sure you can check and ask HR for the last 2 years data of finance at the time of interview.
