Overall company culture and salary and benefita are very good.

No work life balance. Being a service industry. All dept. Including HR will expect from you to work 24/7 as the operations are also running 24/7. Even on public holidays as well as saturday, sundays.

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client or customer in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual s unique strstrength, whichis why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from. My client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after logistics and credit control both are linked to each other. Task as given is slightly challenging without hurting customer,marketing person, to collected payment in monthly base.
