OEG has some some core values and treats every employee as its family member. Top Management thinks how to cover employees from possible risk through insurance coverages . During Peak Covid Peak period Head office has extended tremendous help to sites . OEG is gearing up in AI field also which is most essential to handle the business in future .

Dislikes

As such there no major draw backs ,but it is a suggestion to have a training facility

Work Details

I will be in touch with clients for new businesses as well as responsible for stable operation of sites allotted to me

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
