Nothing at all. The worst work culture ever is seen in corporate life. First, they hired me as a Functional consultant than they move me to R&D whereas I was having a nontechnical background, then I was assured to move in a Functional consultant but that was not the case. I was doing good as I need to learn all the things on my own. Still, on one day they ask me to resign.

Very Poor management where there are 3 people with whom you need to have good relations than and then you can survive, Poor team leader who hardly knows anything although he claims that he is working there for more than 11 years and very bad at cooperation, very rude team leader as well as whole management. No employee friendliness,No proper HR in practice. HR people are the showpiece, they can not take any action without asking, Leaders are not having proper aticates of communication. Employees are monitored on their every action. If anybody wants to grow please avoid this company. No benefits are provided by the company....Read More
