Company builds unnecessary pressure and if by chance the target has not been achieved for the day they will make you sit till 11.00 pm as a punishment surplus they will ask to login 1 hour prior. Surplus they never provide salary and FnF to any of the ex employees. Even my incentives plus salary is on hold they(Hrs and even the bus head and the company's registered persons) are not replying only. And taking about customer satisfaction they insist to not pick the calls of the customers who have already made the payment. Especially during the refund period. And your managers insist you to do anything but make a sale. As a sales executive you are promising the customers that there will be about 30 students in a class but there will be more than 5k students in a class.
