There is nothing positive about working at ODA. Its a chinese company. There are certain people who are close to chinese. They have attained this position by paying for their food and drinks. Only people who are close to these people can work and remain safe in the company rest all are treated as idiots and can be fired at any time. Its the best example of nepotism.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Any time the salary can be reduced. In weekly meetings all are threatened and told that if they are dont give 100 percent results they will be fired. Most of the time salary is delayed and always their is a calculation mistake in the salary. PF is not deposited on time. The managers who are incompetent people feel unsafe and dont let other people to grow.

Work Details

Work life quailty is poorest. It is just like working on daily wages. You are forced to work more than 9 hours and their is no one to appreciate it as the incompetent managers are taking all the credit.
