Very worst experience For everything you need pass it is like a prison even you are not allowed to go out during your 8 to 9 hours shift, if you will go out they will mark absent and no job security at all they only know firing nothing else This is third grade BPO organization

It's a horrible place to work.No job security at all They hire and fire people frequently.Micromanagement is there Mostly employees are 12th pass so have bad culture of mostly people smoking and abusing nearby.well top performer gets appraisal of RS 500 in salary.No wfh even if your profile allows you Anytime they can get up and say now come in night shift or don't come from tomorrow.Office gate is closed for 9 hrs and you can't step out.You need to work on all Indian holidays and national holidays too.If you think anything worst is left then you are wrong.this co.
