I'was an electrician there , but I have to do plumbing , mechanical , bopt forklift repair , and beam replacement work these all work is in our out of scope . And they don't give us a extra pay for those work . Also here no increment since 3 year. Before a month I have live the job. this job really help me in bad times. But now I have to talk real situation . 🙏

This is my first company after came back from abroad. I were doing team leader roll like Supervisor. I have got good team in my site .they were cooperating very well. I have learn many things in this leader ship and i have learn technical training classes and all kind of safety classes.And they have provide certificate for the training classes. Site location is didn't comfortable for me because i were traveling so far. By this i didn't do proper carring for my family . I didn't get any medical insurance in the right time.
