The company organized corporate parties, but very few people from our team were allowed to attend, and unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to participate. As a result, I missed out on one-on-one interactions with leadership and teammates, which could have been valuable for building connections and fostering collaboration.

Despite my dedication to my role, maintaining a healthy work-life balance was a challenge. After completing night shifts, I was often expected to stay active on calls and Slack until 11 AM, leaving little time for rest. Additionally, meetings were scheduled on week-offs, and I was frequently called at any hour, disrupting personal time. Furthermore, despite my hard work and consistent contributions, there was a lack of growth opportunities, and I found myself overlooked for promotions....Read More
