Likes

Lot of politics involved ,for which even students suffer and no salary is remitted to account.very low standards. Children are forced to pay fees a month earlier than the deadline and teachers bunk themselves.

Dislikes

Lot of politics involved and no teacher is kept for more than a year. All teachers don't teach half the time as management and coordinators are not punctual and hence students suffer.

Ambience of the school is very good but the management and job security is very poor.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
