Nothing at all. do not waste your time even for an interview here. Try if you can read my list of dislikes. on this portal you will see some good reviews for this company but do not rely on those reviews as they are given by some feet lickers of management and to some they have asked employees to forcefully write good reviews.

thoroughly down market family business approach. really unprofessional working culture. environment feels like jail. MD & Director are family members so whatever they say is right. No provision for PF and do not give PL instead they offer 13th salary but whatever leaves you take during the year will be deducted from the 13th salary.Most importantly if they ask you to sign the term bond then please do not sign instead run away from the interview. since their work culture is management ki mannmaani and they know that no one is going to work for them for a longer period that is why they ask you to sign a term bond. for most honest reviews please refer their google reviews you will understand their level and will not go for an interview.
