Only the main management is good. It completely depends on which team you will be placed if not managers gonna suck your blood like anything.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No leaves on Mondays & Fridays for recruiters. Only managers have all the freedom, too much of internal politics, No career growth at all. If your a experienced Recruiter this Is not the place to work. All they care abt is the number of joiners.

Objectwin gave a lot of learning opportunities. Basically one of the best company to kickstart one's career. But the people in some positions let you down, a lot. So great company but not so great environment.
