Employer’s Response

We have a strong belief in nurturing our talent and helping individuals grow. We never let go of an employee due to poor outcomes alone; instead, we invest in providing tools, training, and resources to help them improve. If someone feels a lack of job security, it’s typically due to factors beyond performance. Unfortunately, in rare cases, we’ve had to take action due to serious policy violations or consistent poor attitude despite repeated efforts to guide and support.
