Company culture sucks, timings are super strict 1 min late leads to reduce half day leave. There is no sick leave or casual leave, at the time of any emergency you won’t get WFH options. No humanity, No Emotions, Bad culture

Company has Spineless HR, doesn't care about Employees. HOD's are god here. If you are in good books of HOD then everything will be smooth but if you are working in design team there is no respite for you for that you have to be a female employee that's when you will survive there. Most ridiculous thing is 3 months notice period. Once you will join and got confirmation there then you cant get out of it and if you want to get relieved early then you have to first take an approval from HOD then you will get released but any shortfall you have to pay to company then company doesn't care how old employee you are and how many years you have served for the company you have to pay the shortfall period....Read More
